For 2012 calendars, clients bet on Hi-Fi printing
9.2.2012

At the end of last year, we noticed increased interest in printing 2012 calendars with
Hi-Fi printing technology. We received requests not only from our existing customers who were experienced with Hi-Fi printing, but also from completely new clients who were won over by print samples. We even found that competing printing office recommended us when a given calendar required a special approach. Thus, we enthusiastically produced highly interesting works in formats ranging from A3 to B2. These included calendars for the car magazine Rallylife, for the Lešná zoo, and for kinesiologist Zdeňka Jordánová.
New Hi-Fi swatch book for the Netherlands!
21.7.2011

Our Dutch partner — Transcontinenta B.V. — has asked us to process professional photography into a form comparing the offset printing swatch book. On the first page there is a traditionally done reproduction (150 LPI, CMYK), and the second one is done in Hi-Fi printing (FM raster, WideGamut CMYK). The swatch book has thirty A4 landscape format pages in a spiral, enhanced by UV varnish on both sides. It is printed on 350 g coated paper. The swatch book is meant to demonstrate the capabilities of Hi-Fi printing to potential clients in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
TAMRON bets on Hi-Fi printing!
12.6.2011

A manufacturer of high-quality photographer’s accessories, Tamron has decided to print its new lens catalogue in Hi-Fi technology. Thanks to a stochastic raster, the product shots came out in splendid high resolution, and the client also valued the lively colours of the photo illustrations. This is further evidence of the fact that Hi-Fi printing is affordable even for commercial printed matter.
We have adapted digital proofing to artwork with a wide colour range!
10.5.2011

Thanks to this digital proofing adaptation, you now have control of what results to expect on site during final printing. While the special pigmentation of offset colours exceeds the capabilities of proofing equipment in the purple to dark blue tones, the match to the final printing is almost true.
We have introduced new process calibration for matte coated papers!
28.4.2011

Because we also run into so much demand for printing on matte coated papers, we have decided in favour of process calibration for this type of paper also. The results of the measurement were better than expected. The matte coated paper was a better match to the reference gauge’s the white point, and the colour range almost matched that of glossy coated paper. This is good news for photographers and artists who prefer this unobtrusive type of printing stock!
