Offset printing
Offset printers (see Technical facilities, below) are suitable for printing larger runs both in colour and black and white. We offer services for sheet-fed offset printing up to B2 format for customers with higher colour rendering needs in documents. The advantage of offset printing is its outstanding rendering of details and photographs, and printing on a wide range of materials. We print on standard, special and graphics papers. We will gladly recommend a paper type based on the character of your printed material and your budget. An integral part of our colour presses is equipment that helps achieve faster press preparation times, thus achieving maximum time efficiency in producing printed materials (by using data in CIP4 format from pre-press). The presses also include the AxisControl spectrophotometric measurement system (integrated directly into the press’s control panel). For an order consultation, please contact our sales department. We offer the following services:
- Standard offset printing with up to 8 colours in a single run through the machine up to a maximum sheet format of 530 x 740 mm.
- Inline dispersive varnishing in the varnishing unit of the printing machine providing increased appeal of the printed materials and abrasion resistance.
- Inline spectrophotometric measurement system of the entire AxisControl scale is implemented directly on the control panel of the printing machine and serves to monitor the colour of prints during production.
- Use of data in CIP4 format from the Prinect system to achieve maximum speed in the preparation of the printing machine and thereby maximum time efficiency in the production of printed materials.
- Special wide-gamut offset Hi-Fi printing with new generation stochastic screening (more here).
Sheet fed offset printing machines in B2 format
- Heidelberg Speedmaster SM74-8-P+LX - eight-colour sheet-fed printing machine in B2 format in a configuration with 8 printing units, a varnishing unit and a 4 + 4 turning mechanism (for double-sided four-colour printing).
- Heidelberg Speedmaster SM74-4-P+L - four-colour sheet-fed printing machine in B2 format in a configuration with 4 printing units, a dispersive varnishing unit with a raster roller and a 2 + 2 turning mechanism (for double-sided two-colour printing).
- Heidelberg Speedmaster SM74-2-P-P+LX - two-colour sheet-fed printing machine in B2 format in a configuration with 2 printing units and a 1 + 1 turning mechanism (for double-sided black-and-white printing).
