Z STUDIO offers a full range of pre-press and printing services, including binding and finishing. We will print your manuals and technical documentation, handbooks, warranty cards or price lists, as well as catalogues, brochures, prospectuses, leaflets, posters, fold-ups, magazines, business cards, letterhead, stationery, envelopes, carbonless copy forms, annual reports, standard and pocket diaries, notepads, teaching scripts, postcards, photographic calendars and many other printed materials. You can choose the quantity of printed materials you wish us to produce and store with us, and when and in what quantity you want us to deliver them to you. It is always based on your need at a given time. Print orders can be in any quantity, starting with one unit. We make test prints. Urgent orders get priority. We control the entire process electronically. In this way we can guarantee rapid modification of the production process if the assignment changes. We save you time, effort and money.
Prepress includes:
- inspection of print data,
- colour verification,
- printing plate production.
Pre-press preparation - PrePress – CtP
We take care of the complete pre-press preparation for offset printing. This includes fully automatic terminal exposure with modern pre-press PDF workflow. Here the print data is first checked and if necessary optimised before printing and subsequent compilation of the printed sheets.
The digital print shop produces:
- black-and-white technical documentation,
- colour posters, flyers, etc.,
- personalized printed matter,
- CD printing.
The offset print shop produces:
- manuals,
- promotional materials,
- photographs and photo calendars,
- Hi-Fi printing.
Digital and offset printing
We are a printing house with hybrid print production, working with the latest digital offset technologies. The combination of digital and offset printing significantly reduces the time necessary for the completing an entire order and also reduces your costs. We will print a whole range of products, not only manuals and technical documentation, but also catalogues, brochures, magazines, posters and more. Binding and post-press – PostPress
In this phase of production, the printed materials receive their final appearance, so this step requires special attention. We crop your materials, fold, bind, glue and package them.
