Quality and the environment

On the 6th of February 2006, our company‘s management announced a quality and environmental policy based on the basic principles of social responsibility. This policy creates the basic framework for the implementation of the integrated company management system.

The foundation for such policy was the vision of the company executive for developing a prosperous company which due to the quality and the price would be able to confront the competition and take a permanent position on the EU market in the field for the production of manuals. All company activities are focused not only on achieving ever improving sales and economic results but also on the good company name, the professional growth of our employees and the full satisfaction of the demands and needs of our customers while respecting all legislative requirements. The customer and their needs and interests are at the centre of all activities carried out by us, the company employees. The common purpose is to create and continuously expand the circle of regular company customers, an intensive and mainly personal communication providing information of the customer requirements and needs, leading to the never ending improvement of the range of products and services offered by our company.

Our objective is to round off and stabilize the product offer in order to achieve perfection in terms of the current range of our activities. We will however, continue to improve and extend our current services. Qualified staff is the key to the provision of good quality customer care. We will systematically, and in the long term, direct our attention towards improving the technical, professional, and personal growth of our staff. Our company guarantees the active participation of all employees in the management system and at achieving a high level via effective communication and continual staff training. We profess to implement and to keep improving the system of quality management. We are attempting to map, describe, manage, and improve all processes within the organization with the emphasis on those processes, which have an effect on the quality of the product and the service supply to customers.

The company will allow public access as well as interested parties to all information regarding environmental aspects, impacts and the company profile via the company web site. The company will support the exchange of information and an open dialogue with employees, sub-suppliers, customers, product users as well as cooperation with statutory organisations, district and regional offices and with special interest groups. The organisation commits to maintain conformity with valid legal regulations and other requirements regarding environmental protection and to continually maintain, monitor and control this conformity.

The company will also make an effort to continuously keep improving the ecological profile and place an emphasis on reducing waste beyond the framework of requirements specified by environmental legislation. The company is obliged to gradually reduce its energy and material consumption in accordance with scientific and technological findings. The senior management of the company is overall responsible for implementing this policy. The company management is obliged to create the necessary material, personnel, technical and financial resources for the policy implementation. Specific competences and responsibilities have been specified in order to implement this company policy.

The company will educate, train and motivate employees at all management levels and inform them of the environmental aspects and impacts of their work. The company will share its environmental experience with its suppliers and cooperating companies.
